While You're Here
Three Things That
Could Save Your Life.
01
Monitor Your Blood Pressure
A $30 home monitor catches a crisis before it becomes a stroke. Know your numbers. Check regularly. A reading above 180/120 is an emergency.
02
Never Stop Your Medication
Diet and exercise are not enough. A $4 generic pill controls hypertension. Talk to a doctor. Take it consistently. Never stop without medical guidance.
03
Find A Doctor
Sliding-scale community health clinics exist. They charge based on what you can afford. Search "community health center" and your city or county to find one near you.
